Install MAGIX Samplitude Pro X5 Suite 16.2.0.412, Don’t click Launch, close the program (End Task from task manager). Turn off the Internet & Antivirus connection, Extract the file that you downloaded using WinRAR new Version. I just wanted to share my experience with Magix (and Felix). Uninstall the Previous Version Completely With IObit Uninstaller Pro or Revo Uninstaller Pro.
The customer service rep who helped me is Felix Tilmann Zöllner, and he was very nice, and very helpful. When I woke up this morning, (6am)I had an email from them, providing not only my serial number, but also including download links, ( including an iso file) so that I’ll be able to install it on the new PC as soon as it’s built. I entered the serial Number for the Samplitude Pro X3 Suite but it wont accept it. I contacted Magic support yesterday at 6pm (Ohio time) with a request for their help on this. When I inset the instrument, I get a popup to enter the serial number for Independence Pro Library. obviously I did have it at the time of the original installation, but that was nearly 4 years ago ( and a change in my living location), so I had no idea where I’d put it. because my original copy came in the form of a downloaded install file, and not on disc, I didn’t have the serial number handy. One of my ongoing concerns, was how I was going to install my existing authorized copy of Pro X onto the new computer. I was very impressed with how I was treated.Īs many here know, I’m in the process of working with Kyle ) on building a new production PC. I thought I’d post an experience I had over the last 12 hours with Magix (Samplitude) support.
